Delivery & Return Policy
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
a. Customers are advised to first inspect the package before taking delivery. Please ensure that you shoot an unboxing video while unwrapping the package. Ensure that the product is not damaged, tampered with, or compromised.
b. Checking Quantity: Customers should also open the product box to verify that they have received the correct quantity of items as per their order..
c. Since the perfumes come in Glass bottles in rare circumstances the bottle might break due to mishandling during shipping. We ensure to bubble wrap the perfume box and the perfume comes in a hard box with foam inside to reduce the chances of damage to negligible.
In rare circumstances if you recieve a damaged bottle which makes it unusable. we will make it right by shipping a new bottle absolutely free . However note to shoot a 360-degree Unboxing Video, showing the clear label, outer packaging, and inner contents. Without this any claims will be rejected.
d. The decision to accept or reject the claims are at the sole discretion of the company.
e. If the Customer does not submit a 360-degree unboxing video, the Company is not liable for any returns or refunds.
5. Timely Submission of Complaints
a. Complaint Submission: For any issues related to your order, email care@olfrah.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a resolution.
b. Responsibility After Delivery: The brand is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery or is not clearly visible in the unboxing video.
6. Signature and Alternative Signatories
a. Goods Signed at Delivery: All orders require a signature upon delivery.
b. Alternative Signatories: If you arrange for someone else, like a family member, colleague, or neighbour, to sign for your delivery, the brand is not responsible for items accepted by that alternate recipient. Exceptions can be made if a valid unboxing video is provided in case of any damage.
7. Shipping and Handling Fees
a. Charges: Shipping and handling rates vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. These charges will be shown at checkout for review before completing payment.
8. Important Information Regarding Refunds:
a. Refund Policy for Returns: Under no circumstances will a refund be processed until the damaged or rejected item has been returned to our warehouse and inspected.
b. In case of refund we will process it within 3-5 days on recieving at our warehouse and upon completion of inspection.
This policy is in place to maintain accuracy, accountability, and quality assurance in our refund process.
